SRSI is happy to announce a new addition to our software team, Chris Ladoulis. Chris joins us as software development manager. Originally from the east coast, he made his move to the Lone Star state where he studied at the University of Texas at Austin. There, he attained degrees in both business administration and economics. After living in Texas for over 20 years, Chris decided to head out west and settle down in Colorado with his wife Kate, and son, Mario.
Since moving to Colorado, he was introduced to the SRSI team through tennis player and systems engineer, Paul Olaru. Through his previous roles in strategic planning, operations, designing, and implementing cloud software platforms and applications, Chris fit right into the role of software development manager.
He sees the material handling industry going into a rapid transition to automation. “The industry will see more robotics and solutions that involve machine learning and predictive analytics. Software will be a key to competing in the future,” says Chris.
In starting with SRSI and having a fresh perspective in the industry, Chris is most excited for the challenge of building completely new platforms and solving problems. He says the harder the better! Chris looks forward to developing our team and furthering our software base in the future.
Outside of work, Chris is a regular on the tennis court and enjoys skiing on the slopes of Mount Crested Butte in the wintertime. Fun fact about Chris, he and his wife owned and operated a restaurant for over 13 years! Along with that, he has been a professional photographer and a DJ for a local radio station. A favorite quote he likes to remind himself with is: “if it were easy, anyone could do it.”
We are so glad to have Chris on the SRSI team and look forward to what he will accomplish with us. Connect with him on LinkedIn to follow his journey with SRSI!
