Getting to Know Roger:
Born in the lively city of New Orleans, Louisiana, Roger embarked on an academic journey that led him to two distinguished institutions. He pursued Explosives Engineering at the University of Missouri, Rolla, and later delved into Biological Engineering at Louisiana State University. This diverse educational background underscores his ability to excel in both analytical thinking and creative problem-solving.
Introduction to the Material Handling Industry:
Roger’s introduction to the Material Handling (MH) industry is an enticing story of friendship and common interests. A friend from the industry piqued his interest, aligning his fascination with process optimization with the MH industry’s focus on continuous improvement.

As an Applications and Solutions Engineer, Roger specializes in bridging the gap between customers, sales, and engineering. His unique skill set allows him to connect with clients, understand their needs, and translate those needs into innovative solutions.

Beyond the Office:
Outside of work, Roger leads an active and adventurous lifestyle. In the winter, he’s an avid snowboarder, shredding the slopes with enthusiasm. During the warmer months, he, along with his fiancée, takes on the exciting challenge of building and racing matching race cars. Their shared passion for this unique hobby adds an exciting dimension to their lives outside of the office.
