Get to know Sefrie Roybal, Engineer for SRSI US and Mexico!

We are delighted to introduce Sefrie Roybal, Engineer for SRSI in the US in Mexico! His hard work and dedication have been instrumental in our success.

Sefrie is from Dallas Texas, graduated from Colorado School of Mines with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, and is now working at our office in Monterrey, Mexico.

His Introduction to the Material Handling Industry

After graduating, Sefrie was looking for opportunities in robotics and automation industries and he found SRSI – a leader in the material handling industry for these applications.

The Future of MH Industry

Sefrie considers that automated intralogistics solutions will become more crucial as time progresses. Specifically in Mexico, he believes there is a growing trend in capital investments for expanding manufacturing plant capabilities and quantity of distribution centers to ultimately satisfy the increasing demands of the USMCA market.

His Goals with SRSI

Since arriving in Monterrey, Sefrie has been predominantly focused on working with the team towards expanding the footprint and influence of SRSI in the Mexican market, as well as polishing his Spanish skills. On a personal level, he aspires to obtain a Professional Engineer and Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt certification, as well as obtain a Master’s degree in Robotics.

Outside of the Office

Outside of work, Sefrie enjoys doing outdoor activities such as playing sports, skateboarding and snowboarding every time he goes to our office in Crested Butte, Colorado. He also enjoys playing strategy games with friends, reading and exercising.
