Welcome Cameron Henn-McQueary, Our New Project Site Manager!
We are thrilled to introduce Cameron Henn-McQueary, our new Project Site Manager at SRSI! Born and raised in Texas, Cameron’s journey began with six-and-a-half years of dedicated service in the United States Army, where he exemplified devotion and integrity. Following his military career, Cameron ventured into the Material Handling (MH) industry, gaining invaluable experience at a forklift dealership. It was through this experience that he discovered his passion for the MH industry and its vital role in the manufacturing process.
Cameron’s niche in his professional experience lies in his multifunctional skills and excellent communication abilities. Having conducted mechanical and electrical maintenance on military vehicles and equipment, as well as managing logistics, he brings a unique perspective to his role. Additionally, his knowledge of finance and software usage acquired during his previous employment adds a valuable dimension to his expertise.
In his new role at SRSI, Cameron has set both short- and long-term goals. In the short term, he aims to develop a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for his current position. Looking ahead, he aspires to become knowledgeable and successful in his role, inspiring others through a positive work environment and motivation. Furthermore, he plans to continue his education in finance to enhance his contributions to the company.
Cameron holds a positive outlook on the MH industry today, recognizing its importance in providing safe and efficient material handling solutions. He believes that the industry’s success lies in the collaboration and leadership demonstrated by SRSI, fostering camaraderie, and reinforcing core values. Cameron envisions future growth and expansion of services and equipment, ensuring that the MH industry continues to meet the evolving material needs of businesses worldwide.
Starting with SRSI, Cameron is most excited about the opportunity to engage in critical thinking and problem-solving. Each project presents unique challenges, allowing him to develop new skills and broaden his knowledge in different areas of engineering, including mechanical and electrical services provided by SRSI.
Outside of work, Cameron finds joy in spending time with his family and creating cherished memories. As a passionate college football enthusiast, he loves watching and analyzing games, with the Georgia Bulldogs holding a special place in his heart. Go Dawgs!
